Here's a little bit of 'tea' magic for you...
Long Jing, or Dragon Well, tea is picked from mountainous tea gardens lying at over 800m. Only after 10 handcrafted techniques does it acquire its unique qualities: bright jade in colour, a distinct enduring aroma, a chestnut-like flavour and leaves shaped like swallows tongues. No wonder this is considered China’s most prized green tea. So we're in good company, it is also one of our finest and most treasured teas - you won't be dissapointed, but you may be hooked.
