Peru (Intiselect) 60% bar

The Intiselect cocoa cuvee is processed into a chocolate with a lingering cocoa taste and a fine fruit acid that is cushioned with a dose of raw cane sugar.

Peru (Piura) 80% bar

These cocoa beans from the Aprocap cooperative in Peru certainly ranks as one of the best. This blend contains 40% white criollo beans of the porcelana variety, which have shells as smooth as porcelain. This chocolate, in spite of 80% cocoa content, is relatively mild.
